Although Murphy is one of DFW’s smaller suburban communities, it’s also a place where you can get a whole lot of house for an incredible value. Featured below are just a few or Murphy’s top subdivisions where you might find a roomy, 4-5 bedroom house for under $500,000.
Maxwell Creek North
As one of the newer Murphy subdivisions, Maxwell Creek feels like the quintessential residential community. The homes are spacious and well-built, and home owners here even enjoy a community swimming pool and clubhouse.
Windy Hill Farms
One of our favorite Murphy neighborhoods, Windy Hill Farms features stately brick homes, lots lot sizes, and a classic farmhouse style clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool. Within the community is also soccer fields, a playground area, hiking and biking trails, and even a fishing pond!
Hunters Landing has much more of an established neighborhood feel, complete with wide sidewalks, tree-lined streets, and updated homes with tremendous value. Many homes in the neighborhood were built around 2005, so buyers can expect all the modern updates, finishes, and features of a move-in ready home.
